Robert Smith, Haringtons entered into the British Hairdressing Awards Hall of Fame
A Hall of Fame Award is given to those hairdressers who have won the same award three times. Since the Awards began in 1985, only 24 hairdressers have entered the Hall of Fame and Haringtons Director Robert Smith is among them. Having won SOUTHERN HARIDRESSER OF THE YEAR in 1983, 2003 and 2005, Robert was inducted into the Hall of Fame at the last Awards event at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
"It’s a real honour to have had my work recognised by my peers whenever I have entered and won Southern Hairdresser of the Year. To now be part of The Hall of Fame and the exclusive club of people who I’ve very much admired and who have motivated me over the years is the icing on the cake!" Said Robert.
"I think The Hall of Fame shows, in no uncertain terms, that British hairdressing is a professional industry full of professional, creative individuals. It’s also fantastic that The Hall of Fame recognises the creative side of the hairdressing industry and promotes it nationally and internationally, flying the flag for the wealth of talent in this country." He concluded.
