You can return any unwanted items free of charge within 28 days for a refund
or replacement, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging
and condition.
Please note:
• Electrical equipment will only be accepted if complete with all leads and accessories.
• be accepted if unopened and with the product seal intact.
• All returns are inspected before being processed.
• Faulty items will be accepted up to the manufacturer's warranty terms.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We can only offer a refund or an exact replacement for your return we can't
offer to exchange an item for a different item. If you need a different item,
you need to request a refund and then place a new order.
To return an item to us, please use the 'returns note' that was in your order. This has a freepost returns label attached. Please remember to fill in the all the details on the returns note. It is especially important to remember the order number, so we can process your return.
All refunds will be made to the original payment card used.
Any items which the customer has assembled must be dismantled and securely wrapped before returning and a returns label safely fixed to the parcel.
You can take your parcel to the local Post Office and they will give you a reference number, which you can use if there is a problem.
Your refund or replacement will be processed as soon as possible, but this is usually processed within 7 days.
If you receive a gift and it is damaged, we will happily replace it for you. Follow the guidelines under How to return an item.
Unfortunately, we can't exchange for a different product. If we can't provide a replacement (the item is out of stock) then a refund will be issued to the original payment card used.
Please note, we can only issue a refund to the original payment card used.
If it is more convenient for you to return the product to your local salon, please return your product in its original condition and its original packaging, to your local salon and they will replace/refund it for you.
