Meet Daisy Allen who is the new Face of Haringtons!
Daisy, 17, from Buckinghamshire, was one of many hopefuls who applied to be the 2016 Face of Haringtons Hairdressing Group.
As our winner, Daisy will be part of the latest Haringtons collection shoot, a fabulous £10,000 professional photoshoot on location in London. We can’t wait to see the final images and to share them with you later in the year.
A previous Haringtons British Hairdressing Awards collection (Prive) has been featured in no less than 21 countries worldwide and we have high hopes for our 2016 collection.
Daisy was chosen by Haringtons Director David Lambert and his team of talented Art Directors. David said: “Daisy was a clear winner in our eyes. She is really photogenic and has lovely long hair which means we can create a number of alternative looks for her. We’re really looking forward to working with her on our new collection.”
Daisy, who is studying for her A Levels, said: “I am really excited to be named the Face of Haringtons. I can’t wait to work with the team and I’m looking forward to see how it will all come together!
“This competition has provided me with a great platform to follow my dream to model. However, at the moment I’m enjoying my A levels, and looking into pursuing psychology at university.”
She added: “I love my hair when it’s curly and I do think about being adventurous with my hair, but I always bottle it, and stay with my usual style!”
The Haringtons Art team are recognised as leaders in the UK hairdressing industry. They are previous winners of Artistic Team of the Year, Men’s Hairdresser of the Year and three times winners of Southern Hairdresser of the Year.
Haringtons also know a thing or two about creating a look for the camera and the glossies, after creating looks for Pixie Lott, Lily Cole, Sophie Ellis-Bexter and Billie Piper. They were also the chosen hairdressers behind Channel 5’s first ‘Make Me A Supermodel’ series.
