Complaints Policy


We want you to absolutely love your hair. Our goal is to make sure you leave our salon feeling confident, satisfied, and delighted with your new look. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your service, we are here to listen, help, and ensure the situation is resolved to your satisfaction.

1. Immediate Feedback
Tell Us Right Away: If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know before you leave the salon. This gives us the opportunity to address your concerns immediately.

Within 7 Days: If you realise after leaving the salon that you're not satisfied with your hair, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. This allows us to address any issues as soon as possible.

2. How to Make a Complaint
In Person: You can speak directly to your stylist or the salon manager.
By Phone: Call us on the salon number and speak to the Front of House Manager who will assist you in resolving your concern.

By Email: Send an email to admin@haringtons.com, detailing your experience and concerns. Please include your name, appointment date, and stylist's name, if applicable.

3. What We Will Do
Listen and Understand: We will carefully listen to your concerns and take the time to fully understand the issue.

Propose a Solution: Depending on the situation, we may offer to adjust your hair at no additional cost, provide a different service, or suggest other appropriate solutions.

Follow Up: We want to ensure you are happy with the resolution. We will follow up with you after any corrective service to make sure you are satisfied.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds as a Last Resort: While our primary goal is to achieve a result you love through adjustments or corrective services, we understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, you may still not be satisfied.

Consideration for Refunds: If you have followed our policy by providing feedback within the specified timeframe and have given us the opportunity to make corrections, but remain unhappy, we will consider offering a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Product Refunds: If you are dissatisfied with a product purchased at our salon, you may return it within 14 days with proof of purchase for an exchange or store credit.

5. Ongoing Commitment
Your feedback is valuable to us, and we use it to improve our services. Our team undergoes regular training to ensure we maintain the highest standards. If you ever feel that we haven’t met your expectations, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
6.  AI-Generated and Digitally Enhanced Images
Clients are welcome to bring inspiration images to their appointment, including images created or enhanced using Artificial Intelligence (AI), filters, or digital editing software. These images can be a useful guide; however, they should be viewed as inspiration rather than an exact representation of an achievable result.
Hair colour outcomes are influenced by a number of factors, including natural hair colour, previous colour history, condition of the hair, and the time available for the service. As a result, it may not be possible to recreate an AI-generated or digitally altered image exactly.
Our stylists will always provide professional advice and use their experience, expertise, and safe working practices to achieve the best possible result for your hair. We will discuss realistic expectations during your consultation and recommend the most suitable approach to help you achieve your desired look whilst maintaining the integrity and condition of your hair.
