A: Come with dry hair (unless your stylist has given other instructions). Bring reference images if you have a look in mind. Arrive a few minutes early so we have plenty of time for your consultation and ensure a smooth start. All skin tests must be completed 48 hours prior to a colour booking.

A: At Haringtons, we believe in full transparency and doing the right thing — for our clients and the planet. So yes, an optional environmental fee (or “green fee”) is added to your bill to help us offset costs associated with eco‑friendly practices.
Here’s how it works:
The green fee is always disclosed on your bill and you will always have the option to ask for it to be removed.
The fee helps cover sustainable investments such as biodegradable packaging, responsibly sourced products, energy efficiencies, and waste disposal.
If you have more questions about our environmental practices, you can read more about our commitment to sustainability here.
