We’re looking for exceptionally talented, creative stylists to join our team.

Responsibilities
Conduct personalised consultations with clients, ensuring our clients experience exceptional service.
Build and expand your client base while fostering high retention rates.
Enhance client experiences by referring them for expert colour services and driving product sales through extensive product knowledge.
Cutting and styling to the Haringtons standard on all lengths and styles.
Demonstrate extremely high levels of creativity.
Participate in and help run internal training and events where appropriate.
Inspire and mentor apprentices, acting as a role model within the salon and representing the Haringtons brand.

Experience requirements
Achieved your NVQ 2 or 3 in Hairdressing
1-4 years minimum experience
Proven track record of great utilization and client retention
Team player, creative, well presented, ambitious, excellent client care
