We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends or busy times, however we do accept walk ins if we have availability on the day. Arrive a few minutes early so we have plenty of time for your consultation and ensure a smooth start. If you have a colour appointment, please ensure you have an up to date skin test on file, you can call your local salon and check whether you need yours updating ahead of your appointment. All skin tests must be completed 48 hours prior to a colour booking.

A: Yes of course! Let us know your preferred stylist when booking and we’ll do our best to match you, or if you’re booking online, you will be able to select them if they’re available on your chosen date and time. If they’re unavailable, we’ll pair you with someone equally qualified who understands your hair needs!

A: Yes we do! Colour correction is a specialist service which we offer at our Winchester hair salon - we recommend calling ahead and booking a consultation first so our creative team can assess your hair and determine how many sessions or treatments may be needed.
