All skin tests must be completed 48 hours prior to a colour booking.

Let us know your preferred stylist when booking and we’ll do our best to match you, or if you’re booking online, you will be able to select them if they’re available on your chosen date and time. If they’re unavailable, we’ll pair you with someone equally qualified who understands your hair needs!

A: Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

A: We always have a range of stylists who vary in levels of experience. Often, we have graduate stylists on the floor who have recently qualified and offer lower-cost appointments. Please give us a call for availability.
